Tasks:
- First of all, you and your colleagues from the on-site consultation with the customer analyze their need for training, performance support and communication solutions
- You will then develop innovative, pragmatic and effective learning and communication solutions in terms of content and didactics
- Your goal: the measurable increase in performance of business areas or the support of system implementations such as S / 4 HANA
- As a senior, you lead the training team on site and are the customer's first point of contact for everything related to training development
Requirements:
- Completed studies in educational planning (instructional design), business education, media education, psychology or business administration or a similar qualification
- Sound know-how in the development and implementation of innovative training strategies with digital and classic learning formats
- Practice in the management of (international) training (sub) projects
- Experience and routine in running workshops
- Structured way of working, professional appearance and high willingness to travel (also internationally)
