Tasks:

  • Customer is king: Your goal is to sustainably improve the customer experience. Building on this, you will continuously develop the customer journey.
  • Always on the right track: You define indicators that guide you and lead to more customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and a higher recommendation rate.
  • Higher, faster and further: You are responsible for the systemic development of the various customer contact points with our current and future consumers.
  • Learn from feedback: You systematically manage complaints, mystery shopping and customer ratings and derive potential for improvement from them.
  • Keeping strings together: As the leader of a small, interdisciplinary team in the area of ​​"Brand Experience" with contact to almost all areas of the company, you are responsible for the strategy, prioritization and management of the projects.
  • Customer benefit rules: You act as an effective change manager in the direction of the other teams. You work cross-functionally with different areas such as IT, corporate communication and sales.

Requirements:

  • You have a degree with a focus on business administration, psychology / business psychology, sociology or marketing / communication or an equivalent qualification under your belt.
  • You were able to gain relevant professional experience in customer experience management and know the common tools and methods.
  • In the optimal case, you already had points of contact with the areas of user experience, quality management, communication and process optimization.
  • You actively drive projects with your hands-on mentality.
  • You like to work independently and are fit in project management.
  • You act in a solution-oriented, pragmatic and sustainable manner.
