Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Application management for a software package
  • Coordination of the software rollout and first-level support
  • Creation and further development of data evaluations and overviews in MS Office
  • Creation of evaluations for discussions with the customer
  • Analysis, categorization and prioritization of results
  • Participation in vehicle inspections
  • Technical support on vehicle trials (class B driving license required)

Requirements and expectations

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, sensor technology and cognitive psychology or industrial engineering / informatics or a comparable course of study
  • Experience in the automotive sector, especially in vehicle electronics, is an advantage
  • Experience in first-level support / application management desirable
  • Programming skills, ideally in scripting languages such as Visual Basic.
  • Knowledge of bus systems (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet) and vehicle diagnostics (KWP 2000, UDS, ODX) desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Strong communication skills, analytical working methods and a high level of initiative complete your profile
