We are a rapidly growing player in the European capital market and assess companies, banks, sovereigns and issues from these as well as structured finance transactions.
As an analyst (m / f / d), you will join a company with a very open atmosphere and initially take on partial tasks in the Sovereign Ratings / Economic Research team. In the medium term, you will gradually take on more responsibility in the rating processes. However, you are directly involved in the rating activities right from the start. In addition, you will deal with the analysis of the financing markets as well as industry, market and competition analyzes in Europe. Their analyzes are included in the publications of Creditreform Rating. You not only have team spirit, but also bring a high level of initiative.
Tasks:
- Holistic analysis of the creditworthiness of states or country risks
- Preparation of the analysis results and discussion of the results in rating committees
- Creation of meaningful rating reports
- Preparation of economic analyzes, including in the areas of the economy and financial markets
- Creation of publications for different target groups
- Carrying out industry, market and competition analyzes
- Working with statistics from subject-specific and internal databases
- Participation in the further development of systems, tools and processes
Requirements:
- Degree in economics or a comparable degree
- Very good knowledge of macroeconomic theory and capital markets
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to represent complex relationships
- Ability to work in a team and independent work
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
- Experience with rating analysis in a rating agency or the analysis of country risks in a bank is just as advantageous as a good understanding of business contexts
