Your tasks: In the field of qualification strategy, you take over the development of didactically prepared learning content taking into account current learning trends You take over the implementation of qualification concepts with the software Articulate Storyline You determine the qualification requirements in cooperation with regional and central organizational units and derivation of effective, economical and innovative learning concepts You are responsible for the continuous review and development of quality standards in cooperation with regional and central organizational units You are responsible for the proactive promotion of user acceptance You form the interface for internal and external contacts (eg employee representation, organization and implementation of learning concepts, internal communication, information and communication with the regional structure) You take over the regular preparation of reports and derivation of optimization measures to increase the profitability and quality in the training area

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics, communication sciences, educational sciences, (business) education or comparable professional experience in in-company training.
