The central office for further training in the skilled trades e. V. (ZWH) is a nationwide service provider of the craft organization based in Düsseldorf and Berlin. We develop course concepts, course documents and examination tasks for the educational institutions of the craft trade, qualify trainers, lecturers and examiners, advise on questions of education management and offer services in the areas of digital learning, sustainability and event management. On behalf of the EU and federal and state ministries, we carry out national and international projects on labor market and educational policy issues. Education manager / e-learning specialist (m / f / d)
Tasks:
- Development of innovative didactic advanced training concepts as part of our InnoVET project "ProNet Handwerk"
- Control of a sub-project team and involvement of the collaborating network partners
- Organization and moderation of expert workshops
- Target group-oriented communication and presentation of the results in chambers of crafts, associations, science and politics
- Organizational support for the chambers of crafts in the implementation of our advanced training concepts
- Networking
Requirements:
- University degree in education management, media education or a comparable course of study
- Several years of practical experience in the conception of blended learning offers and dealing with educational policy issues
- Experience in project management
- Experience with standard tools in the e-learning environment, e.g. B. Moodle, Articulate
- Expertise in the areas of building technology and / or energy technology is an advantage
- Independent, flexible, goal-oriented way of working
- Networked and solution-oriented way of thinking
- Very good organizational, moderation and presentation skills
- Introducing new, creative ideas for the design of vocational training for the long-term positive development of our “ProNet Handwerk” project
