The Bavarian State Sport Association e. V. is the umbrella organization of organized sports in Bavaria. With around 12,000 clubs and over 4.6 million members, it is the largest association of persons in Bavaria. Its 57 sports federations represent more than 300 different sports in popular and competitive sports, organize competitions and tournaments from the local level to top international events.

Educational Officer Association Management (m / w / d)

• Conception and further development of the association management in the BLSV
• Independent and demand-oriented planning and organization of educational events in club management for all relevant stakeholders
• Quality Management in Education and Qualification
• Communication and cooperation with educational partners
• Conception, implementation and continuous development of e-learning in education and qualification
• Market analysis of customer behavior and needs in club management

• Degree in sports management, sports science, sports economics, or comparable training
• Flexibility and willingness to work as a team and to develop initiative
• A sense of responsibility in the education and training of club managers in the BLSV
• Experience in association and federation
• Experience and interest in the subject areas of association management, such as legal, commercial, digital and communicative topics
• Very good PC knowledge (MS Office package and digital learning platforms)
• High load capacity and good workplace organization
• Willingness to work on weekends
