• After a 1-year training period, you are running a company in the family business that comprises two different sectors , including the production of special plastic articles
• During the familiarization period, you will learn the company with a total of approx . 140 employees know as authorized signatory . During this time, you will also conduct a constructive inventory of the capabilities and potentials of the plastics division
• As a result, you ensure their consistent use and thus strengthen this sector. Among other things, you actively contribute to business expansion yourself and are ready to travel
• You report to the three shareholders who are not operational themselves

• You have a commercial or technical study background and have significant professional experience in the plastics industry
• You have management experience in the area of ​​at least 40 employees (f / m / d), for example as a technical manager (f / m / d) or Commercial manager (f / m / d)
• Experience from business areas with special plastic parts in medium and small series is an advantage, regardless of the type of plastic. RIM (reaction injection molding), rigid integral or rigid foam are interesting, but not a requirement
• You are practically oriented and "hands-on". Management experience is not a requirement; Here you have the chance to take on such a position for the first time
• You are strong in communication and persuasive, but lead cooperatively and with a keen eye for the social aspects of a family company , in which the shareholders also stand behind this culture
