Sparkasse Mittelsachsen is currently looking for a sales-oriented and convincing personality with entrepreneurial vision and empathetic leadership skills as Head of Asset Management (m/f/d) for one of its locations, preferably in Freiberg or Rochlitz, as soon as possible.

• Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the asset management market area with 15 employees at several locations
• Further development and implementation of sales strategies to sustainably increase customer success
• Leadership, motivation and development of your team with a clear focus on excellent advice and customer acquisition
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Active representation of the savings bank in the region and expansion of networks

• Completed business studies or comparable qualification Training as a trainer or sales coach desirable
• Several years of experience in the financial sector in the upscale customer segment with management responsibility
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a keen sense of customer needs
• High degree of initiative, goal orientation and decisiveness
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Willingness to actively represent the savings bank in public
