Head of Data Science (m / w / d)
with passion, motivation and result orientation. As a manager for the area you report directly to the C-level and work closely with all departments of a bottles, particularly operations, marketing and finance.
Tasks:
- Strategic and operational leadership of Data Science, including professional and disciplinary leadership and development of a dedicated, growing team
- Further development of forecasting models and more complex analytics solutions
- Conception and development of simulation models
- Using Data Mining, Statistical Modeling, and Machine Learning Approaches
- Active search for possible further use cases for Data Science
- Testing and evaluating new methods, technologies, and best practices for enterprise use
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in (economic) computer science, mathematics or physics with a relevant focus
- You have 3-5 years of relevant data science experience and a corresponding understanding of the tasks, methods, tools and techniques
- You are an expert in the use of Python
- A deep understanding of database structures and data preparation
- Leadership experience, both professional and disciplined coupled with a high motivation to build a high-performance team
- You have the ability to recognize and visualize complex relationships between our business processes and a wide variety of data.
- Strategic intelligence paired with entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality are self-evident for you
- You are used to it and have fun independently designing and optimizing processes
