The group produces connectors that are used worldwide, among others. are used in automotive engineering. • Establishment and development of the department with approx. 5 employees
• Technical building management and the maintenance of buildings as well as project management for construction projects
• Responsibility for fire protection, occupational safety and environmental and energy management (SHE / HSE)
• Budget responsibility, documentation as well as definition and control of services

Entrepreneurial facility manager (m / f / d)

You have successfully completed a degree or comparable training. In your previous career, you can look back on several years of professional experience in facility management, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Fire protection-related topics, project management, knowledge of the construction and reconstruction of buildings and their technical equipment are what set you apart. You are a seasoned, entrepreneurial personality and, in addition to good conceptual and analytical skills, you also have the right degree of hands-on mentality.
