The group produces connectors that are used worldwide, among others. are used in automotive engineering. Due to the increasing electrification of vehicles and the associated strong growth, we are looking for a "Head of Facility Management" in a newly created position.
Tasks:

Exciting construction and development task in the area of facility management
- Establishment and development of the department with approx. 5 employees
- Technical building management and the maintenance of buildings as well as project management for construction projects
- Responsibility for fire protection, occupational safety and environmental and energy management (SHE / HSE)
- Budget responsibility, documentation as well as definition and control of services
Requirements:
Entrepreneurial facility manager (m / f / d)
You have successfully completed a degree or comparable training. In your previous career, you can look back on several years of professional experience in facility management, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Fire protection-related topics, project management, knowledge of the construction and reconstruction of buildings and their technical equipment are what set you apart. You are a seasoned, entrepreneurial personality and, in addition to good conceptual and analytical skills, you also have the right degree of hands-on mentality.
