• You are responsible for the professional and economic development of the health management sector
• You lead the experts of your team professionally and disciplinarily
• You are responsible for personnel and resource planning internally as well as in customer projects
• You are recruiting new employees and organizing the technical training, further education and training of your team
• You advise companies on specific issues in the context of occupational health management
• You create customer-specific concepts and implement them with the customer

• Successfully completed a degree in psychology, social sciences or sports science or comparable degree programs and additional systemic training
• Experience in advising and supporting companies of different industries and sizes
• Management and leadership experience welcome
• Experience in interdisciplinary team work beneficial
• Business knowledge and affinity in dealing with numbers
• Customer and service orientation; Independence and communication skills
• High level of commitment and initiative
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and SAP
