• Leadership and responsibility of strategic and content positioning and marketing direction
• Definition, development and establishment of marketing relevant processes in print, online and social media
• Developing suitable marketing concepts for new and existing products
• Coordination and coordination of market communication concepts and related actions with all involved areas
• Responsible for the budget planning, control and monitoring of the marketing activities
• Planning and coordination of trade fairs as well as internal and external events and preparation of company presentations

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on marketing, media studies or a similar qualification
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in the field of marketing of products and services with a clear sales orientation,
• Very good knowledge in the areas of brand building and development, growth strategies, customer and corporate communications as well as product and service management
• Good experience working with agencies
• Secure handling of content management systems as well as image processing programs and other data systems
• Very good experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP and professional handling of the common MS Office package
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German
• Written and spoken English (level B2 ENG)
