• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable training
• At least five years of professional experience in project or development management and the management of employees
• Knowledge of legal licensing procedures and patent law
• Ideally experience in the fields of pneumatics, hydraulics and explosion protection
• Knowledge of lean management is desirable
• Analytical and systematic way of thinking and proceeding
• Business fluent English skills
