• Conceptual responsibility and continuous further development of the multi-channel sales strategy for private and corporate customers, including it in the overall company strategy
• Operational control and coordination of sales planning including budget responsibility
• Management and control of sales projects
• Market and competition observation and analysis, as well as coordination with the board of directors and taking measures
• Development of new fields of activity and income opportunities and thus optimization of our range of products and services
• Personnel and technical management of employees

• Completed degree in business administration or economics or comparable degree
• Proven successful leadership personality with competence in goal-oriented leadership, ideally in sales and sales support
• Result-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as diplomatic skills for successful negotiation at all management levels
• Enthusiasm and persuasiveness for digital topics and innovations
