For our location in Freiburg, we are looking for a division manager for social work.

• Responsibility and management of the entire area of social work in Freiburg and Offenburg
• Economic, conceptual and personnel management
• Development, familiarization, further development and implementation of new concepts and projects
• Public relations and maintaining contacts with offices, authorities and external partners
• Participation in the acquisition of new projects
• Cooperation with public bodies, institutions and cooperation partners
• Technical and disciplinary management of employees

• Completed degree in social work (diploma / bachelor / master) or comparable qualification, completed pedagogical professional qualification with many years of management experience or a degree in business administration
• Several years of professional experience in the field of social work would be an advantage
• Experience in leading employees is required
• Knowledge and experience in the areas of SGB VIII and BTHG
• Business management thinking and acting
• Implementation skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to cooperate and communicate
