Head of the Platform for Artificial Intelligence (m / f / d)
Tasks:
- Identification of possibilities of AI technologies, such as AI Assurance, AI Data Engineering or AI Methods such as Machine Learning to solve future challenges in close cooperation with our Application & amp; Technology Platform
- Review of AI technologies that are in the context of AI applications, such as Pattern Recognition, Autonomous Systems, Reinforcement Learning, Decision Support Systems or Natural Language Processing to ensure the know-how transformation within the ROSEN Group
- Contribute to the AI technology roadmap by identifying components and technologies related to AI that help increase customer benefit and competitiveness
- Definition of a framework for AI technologies, which is used in development projects in close cooperation with our application & amp; Technology Platform can be applied
- Evaluation of the current R & amp; D project landscape in collaboration with TCC (Transformation, Consulting & amp; Collaboration)
- Development and management of our organizational unit "Artificial Intelligence Platform" and management of the group of "Artificial Intelligence Managers", who concentrate on identified, dedicated AI technology fields
- Reporting to the management of the United Innovation Center on the development of AI competencies
- Close cooperation with external partners to identify and evaluate future AI topics
- Representation of ROSEN in committees and lobby groups, at conferences and at events
Requirements:
To become part of the ROSEN family, you are team-oriented and convince through an independent and structured way of working. You also bring:
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) or PhD in computer or cognitive science or a comparable education
- At least five years experience in the AI environment and application of AI to business and market requirements
- Strong practical expertise in one or more specialized areas of artificial intelligence, e.g. B. Data Engineering, AI Assurance, AI Methods, Pattern Recognition, Reinforcement Learning or Autonomous Systems
- Good knowledge of algorithm design
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude and proven experience in advancing AI technologies and applications
- Excellent leadership skills
- Very good written and spoken English and German
