Head of TV Sales Producing

For our "Sales Producing" department, we are looking for a committed Head of Sales Producing (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

• Professional and disciplinary management of the TV Sales Producer team
• Overall responsibility for the operational implementation of all sales programs and the achievement of sales and customer KPI targets
• Responsibility for shift planning of the producers (m/f/d)
• Creative development of new tools and features for on-air producing with the aim of further pushing and optimizing on-air sales
• Gradual development of the live shopping approach from a producing perspective for expansion to our other channels
• Continuous development and improvement of the live appearance on all channels (TV as well as digital or hybrid)
• Permanent process optimization in a very agile environment
• Optimization of the imagery for a unique customer experience

• Completed degree in media design/media management or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in TV production, TV editing, live TV/home shopping
• Strong leadership and organizational skills as well as the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• High affinity for sales, equipped with the "sales gene"
• Confident demeanor and assertiveness as well as strong teamwork skills
• Success-oriented, independent and efficient way of working and thinking, hands-on mentality
