Head of Video

We are a communication agency for event marketing, video productions and moving images, communication strategies and conception. We are part of the HINTE Messe and Exhibition GmbH, a private trade fair organizer and expert in the organization and implementation of large trade fairs, congresses and digital pop-up events. With our fully equipped studio, we realize professional video productions, from image films and event documentations to news formats and talks to live streaming formats.

We are now looking for a:

DEPARTMENT MANAGER VIDEO (M / F / D)

Plan, organize and monitor the video productions. You take care of the preparation, coordination of your team, equipment and locations, the shooting and the finalization of the videos.

• You have professional experience in the field of video production and you are a talent for organization
• Good knowledge of common editing and image processing programs, preferably Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects and Photoshop
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German
• Good command of English
• Good project management skills, business understanding, quality awareness and ability to work in a team
• You work customer-oriented, understand the wishes of the customers and are able to implement them creatively and with high quality
• Strong understanding of the current film formats and trends in social media
• Experience in directing, photography and post-production
