*** an integration manager (m / f / d) ***
full-time, pay group up to 9c or S11b TVöD
initially LIMITED for 22 months
Tasks:
- Accompanying refugees as part of the transition from temporary accommodation to subsequent accommodation,
- Help with finding accommodation and furnishing apartments,
- Creation, management and evaluation of individual integration plans,
- Individual social support,
- Mediation in the event of a conflict,
- Mediation of specific consulting offers,
- Cooperation with the institutions, initiatives and associations active in the refugee, asylum and immigration sector.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably as a social pedagogue or social worker or with a major in public administration, Islamic studies, intercultural communication / competencies or development cooperation or a relevant completed vocational training with the desire to qualify accordingly,
- Basic knowledge of asylum procedures,
- Service orientation including the ability to build and maintain networks, high social and intercultural competence as well as communication and organizational skills,
- Willingness to attend evening and weekend appointments on a regular basis,
- good command of English,
- Driving license class B.
