Are you our reinforcement? The city of Brackenheim (district of Heilbronn) with around 16,300 inhabitants is looking for
as of April 1, 2021

*** an integration manager (m / f / d) ***

full-time, pay group up to 9c or S11b TVöD

initially LIMITED for 22 months

• Accompanying refugees as part of the transition from temporary accommodation to subsequent accommodation,
• Help with finding accommodation and furnishing apartments,
• Creation, management and evaluation of individual integration plans,
• Individual social support,
• Mediation in the event of a conflict,
• Mediation of specific consulting offers,
• Cooperation with the institutions, initiatives and associations active in the refugee, asylum and immigration sector.

• University degree, preferably as a social pedagogue or social worker or with a major in public administration, Islamic studies, intercultural communication / competencies or development cooperation or a relevant completed vocational training with the desire to qualify accordingly,
• Basic knowledge of asylum procedures,
• Service orientation including the ability to build and maintain networks, high social and intercultural competence as well as communication and organizational skills,
• Willingness to attend evening and weekend appointments on a regular basis,
• good command of English,
• Driving license class B.
