Wir suchen für unsere Organisationseinheit Investor Relations in München zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Investor Relations Manager (m/w/d).
Tasks:
- You work with regular financial reporting such as the preparation of annual and quarterly reports as well as company presentations
- You support speeches for analyst conferences and calls, press conferences, board interviews and similar events
- You will support the maintenance and further development of the IR website and develop proposals for IR communication on social media channels
- You will work together with the Head of Investor Relations on the continuous development of the equity story
- You create evaluations of ESG reports and specialist articles on sustainable finance topics
- You support the preparation and implementation of the annual general meeting
- You research and create Q & amp; As and analyzes on the BayWa Group, its markets and the competition
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable degree
- You have already gained your first professional experience in investor relations
- First experience with ESG and sustainability finance topics is an advantage
- Your ability to express yourself in writing and speaking is very good and you have a precise and stylish writing style
- You also have very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, and you are confident in handling digital media
- Fluent written and spoken German and English, an independent way of working and a talent for organization complete your profile
