Full-time / with management function

• You are the contact person for our customers in all application questions relating to our devices and responsible for the planning and organization of tests and customer training
• In cooperation with Business Development, R&D and Sales, you will contribute to the further development of the devices and the development of new methods
• You can place and organize innovative research projects both in-house and with external project partners, the implementation of which you support
• As an expert in rheology and analysis technology, you will hold specialist lectures, represent our company at national and international conferences and trade fairs and work in specialist committees
• You will be supported in your diverse tasks by a currently 5-person team of laboratory technicians and application technicians, who you will coordinate and develop

• You have completed a degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, food technology or a comparable training
• You have gained experience in industry or applied research in the field of food, cosmetics, chemistry or similar fields
• You have several years of experience in analysis and application technology as well as with laboratory and measuring devices
• You have knowledge in the field of rheology and are well versed in performing rheological investigations
• Ideally, you could also gain experience in the field of extrusion
• You are characterized by good analytical skills, a structured work style and organizational strength, as well as a high level of customer orientation, pronounced communication skills, as well as a willingness to innovate and a high level of self-motivation
• Willingness to travel internationally and very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
