Laboratory Manager / Manager Quality Control (f / m / d) biotechnological production

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the routine operation of a quality control unit, planning of the upcoming analyzes, instruction of the technical staff and approval of the analyzes
  • Implementation and transfer of existing quality control methods according to GMP guidelines
  • Support and guidance from technical staff
  • Development of risk analyzes as well as creation and revision of SOPs
  • Participation in interdisciplinary project teams
  • Representation of the company with cooperation partners, customers, suppliers and authorities in matters of quality control
  • Budgeting and personnel planning

Requirements and expectations

  • University degree in natural sciences, preferably with a doctorate, e.g. B. in biology, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as a laboratory or group leader (f / m / d) in the biotechnological or pharmaceutical industry and a GMP-compliant environment, ideally in the area of quality control or quality assurance
  • In-depth knowledge of molecular biology and (instrumental) analysis, ideally in biotechnological products
  • Very good knowledge of the regulatory requirements (AMWHV, Ph. Eur., international GMP regulations)
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team and a structured way of working in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent German and good English skills
