Tasks:

  • Participation in continuous development. Adaptation of the business model to the needs of customers. For example, by developing additional USPs and services in human resources development, such as digital coaching, hybrid and onboarding consulting, as well as in cooperation with fellow human resources consultants, such as offers to support company successions, tools for career advice, etc.
  • Expansion and generational change: get consultants, trainers, coaches to work together.
  • Support the consultants in the joint acquisition and expansion of the network at the level of corporate management and in the area of ​​human resources.
  • We want to grow. Our internal organization also offers a wide range of fields of action and always interesting tasks: brand management, organizational and communication culture, competence development, agility, self-management, lean excellence....
  • You will also work in your professional field and will offer your services on the market and carry out projects and thus contribute to value creation.

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience - gained in consulting, industry or in the social sector - as well as professional expertise through appropriate studies (psychology, business education, organizational development...) and / or through appropriate further training (e.g. organizational development, trainer, coaching training, systemic organizational consulting , mediation…).
  • Winning, sales-oriented personality with a consultant attitude and entrepreneurial qualities, results-oriented, responsible leadership: direct, open, respectful, with clear agreements and the pursuit of transparent goals.
  • Method and value-oriented, open in encounters, if possible with a sympathetic serenity, down-to-earth and pragmatic, decent, responsible, stable.
  • Able to work in a team, ready for open and trusting cooperation, reflective, empathetic, human, with an infectiously positive charisma, confidence and a desire for the future.
