Media Technician (m / f / d) For our location in Frankfurt a. M.

• Independent desk-side support within the customer's company campus
• Support for media technology such as touch panels, PA systems, control technology, conference systems
• IMAC / R and technical roll-out support with a focus on standard PC client environments and non-standard hardware and software products as well as VoIP workplace telephony
• Documentation for changes in the infrastructure
• User training

• Successfully completed technical training (preferably as a radio and television technician) and practical experience in customer service
• Good hardware knowledge in the areas of current media technology and IT devices
• Basic knowledge of network technology as well as Cisco VoIP and web conference solutions
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and good knowledge of English
• High customer and service orientation as well as communication skills
• Commitment, resilience, initiative and flexibility
• Willingness to travel on business
