Media Technician (m / f / d)
For our location in Frankfurt a. M.
Tasks:
- Independent desk-side support within the customer's company campus
- Support for media technology such as touch panels, PA systems, control technology, conference systems
- IMAC / R and technical roll-out support with a focus on standard PC client environments and non-standard hardware and software products as well as VoIP workplace telephony
- Documentation for changes in the infrastructure
- User training
Requirements:
- Successfully completed technical training (preferably as a radio and television technician) and practical experience in customer service
- Good hardware knowledge in the areas of current media technology and IT devices
- Basic knowledge of network technology as well as Cisco VoIP and web conference solutions
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and good knowledge of English
- High customer and service orientation as well as communication skills
- Commitment, resilience, initiative and flexibility
- Willingness to travel on business
