The Museum Barberini, the art museum in Potsdam's historic center, donated by SAP founder and patron Hasso Plattner, is supported by the Hasso Plattner Foundation.
Since opening in 2017, the house has featured exhibitions on French Impressionism and current issues relating to artists such as Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso and Gerhard Richter. Parallel to the changing exhibitions, the Museum Barberini has been presenting the extensive collection of impressionist and post-impressionist paintings by the museum founder Hasso Plattner since September 2020, including masterpieces by Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Berthe Morisot, Gustave Caillebotte and Paul Signac.
