Organizational Development Advisor (m / f / d)

Let us benefit from your experience in the area of ​​internal change management: One of your tasks in this context will be advising on structural models as well as structure and process organization.

• You create industry analyzes and optimize the company's business and organizational model so that we are optimally positioned in the future with you
• You design holistic concepts for change projects and advise both projects and management levels through to management

• You have a degree in business psychology, business administration or industrial engineering (master / diploma).
