Tasks:
For our dedicated team, we are looking for a Medical Information Specialist (m / w / d) as soon as possible. In this diverse position, you will be responsible for providing oral and written answers to medical and pharmaceutical questions by healthcare professionals and patients (subject to the Advertising Advertising Act) on the medicines distributed by Roche. In addition, you make a medical and scientific contribution to the preparation of publications, brochures, presentation materials, etc. In addition, this position includes the following activities:
- Qualified acceptance or identification and processing of suspected adverse reactions and timely forwarding according to the legal requirements (§ 63b, AMG) as well as information on side effects based on the product information.
- Preparation and maintenance of standard response documents for oral or written communication (standard letters, Q & A, etc.) to ensure the quality of medical-scientific information.
- Comprehensive medical-scientific care of defined drugs as well as the respective clinical pictures and indication areas, this includes screening and evaluation of medical literature and current publications on defined drugs and their environment as well as participation in medical congresses and preparation of relevant information v.a. to the medicines marketed by Roche.
- Participation in the release of specialist and patient information
- In the case of a present authorization, care of pharmacists in the further training as a specialist pharmacist for drug information
- Providing and processing medical-pharmaceutical information to help answer non-standard requests from other European Roche branches
Requirements:
We are looking for a communicative and team-oriented personality who already has practical experience as a doctor or pharmacist after completing her studies in medicine or pharmacy (doctorate desirable). They have the ability to provide solution-oriented presentation of complex pharmaceutical / medical issues and are characterized by a high willingness to learn. The following points complete your profile:
- Ideally several years clinical-medical professional experience or professional experience in the pharmacy or the pharmaceutical industry, e.g. in the area of pharmaceutical information (Medical Information)
- Cross-functional, customer-oriented thinking with a pronounced service affinity
- Good knowledge of MS Office, customer relationship management systems and medical-scientific database research
- Good knowledge of English and French
