At our location in Steinhagen bei Bielefeld, we are looking for our Product Data and Information Management department as Product Data Manager / IT staff in Product Data and Information Management (PDI) for sales master data in SAP and AS400 (Home office agreements are possible).
The central IT at Hörmann consists of more than 100 committed and highly qualified colleagues. In the PDI, together with 6 team colleagues, you will advise our production plants on the maintenance of material and price master data in SAP and ensure the distribution of master data in the sales environment (AS400). Currently, six production plants and one sales office are connected to SAP and you are involved in the further national and international rollouts.
Tasks:
- You supervise (conceptually) the master data (articles, prices, conditions, customers) in the AS400 and SAP and act as an interface between the specialist departments, the sales offices and the production plants.
- You support the SAP rollout in other production and distribution companies within the group.
- You provide support and application support in the old world (AS400) and in SAP.
- You develop fault analyzes, process optimizations and standard processes.
- You create process, system and user documentation.
- You have the responsibility for the support and further development (planning / control / control) of the current and future application systems (including the necessary interfaces).
- You act as a (sub-) project leader, within interdisciplinary projects of the Hörmann Group, working together with external consultants / developers, whose co-ordination you take on optionally.
- The position includes about 10% travel.
Requirements:
- You have several years of experience in master data management / SAP SD / MM or VC.
- You already have some experience in support and application support.
- Working with large amounts of data is fun and important to you is high data quality.
- You have a fundamental and cross-functional process understanding of the processes in production plants and in sales.
- You're used to communicating across departments and at different levels.
- You have a high level of commitment, motivation and dedication.
- Your way of working is self-contained, structured and meticulous and you have a good understanding of complex issues.
- You have good command of spoken and written English.
