Location: Cologne
Tasks:
- As the central point of contact in product management, you do everything in your power to create a future-oriented, customer-oriented and legally secure portfolio of securities and investment products and thus make a significant contribution to the strategic development of the bank
- To do this, you carry out product-specific market and competition observations and are in regular contact with the head of the customer securities business
- You evaluate and evaluate new market potentials and collaborations
- In this context, you will accompany the selection process and negotiate cooperation agreements with relevant service providers, in close coordination with the compliance and legal departments
- In your area of responsibility, you will accompany new product launches in the sense of an interdisciplinary project management and planning process and assess the necessary technical adjustments
- You are responsible for the preparation and provision of product-relevant information in all of the bank's sales channels (analog and digital)
- You coordinate product-related measures relating to securities (including product marketing, sales promotion measures, training) and, as a multiplier, bring sales-relevant product know-how to the bank and are available to the sales units for a professional exchange

Requirements:
- You are characterized by independent, structured and solution-oriented work
- You have a high level of commitment, a quick perception and work in a service and service-oriented manner
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable educational background
- You can demonstrate relevant professional experience in product management of securities products and have extensive knowledge of all important securities product groups, including the relevant regulatory provisions (in particular MiFID and WPHG)
- You know sales processes in the securities business from your previous activities and can successfully use your knowledge to control the securities business
- You have successfully managed and implemented projects in the past
- You anticipate trends and can quantitatively evaluate new business models in the form of business cases
- You have a high IT affinity and excellent negotiating skills
- You like to think outside the box and want to actively shape changes
