Product Manager (m / f / d) for media technology

In this position, as the technical expert, you are an important interface between our customers, manufacturers and colleagues for all technical questions. With a high level of service orientation, you will provide professional advice and thus contribute responsibly to a successful process.

• Internal and external advice on all technical topics
• Exchange with the manufacturers regarding technical issues
• Analyzes and various practical tests of the products
• Planning and independent implementation of product training for colleagues & customers
• Close cooperation with marketing
• Market observation and analysis regarding product developments
• Participation in the creation of business plans and product launches

• A completed technical education or a degree with a technical background
• Solid professional experience in product management of technical products
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Pronounced customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Independent, strategic and customer-oriented way of working and thinking
• Very good organizational skills and enjoy working in a team
