Project developer for renewable energies / photovoltaics

Founded in 2001 as a subsidiary of Greenpeace Energy, Planet energy GmbH designs, builds and operates clean power plants.

The development of renewable energy projects by Planet energy is carried out with due respect for social and economic responsibility in an environmentally friendly and participative manner, taking into account a form of participation in the local environment.

Project developer (m / f / d) renewable energies / photovoltaics

In this position, you are responsible for the development, implementation and acquisition of renewable energy projects in the field of photovoltaics. The focus is on unsupported photovoltaic open space and subsidized rooftop systems. In coordination and as required, use in other areas of project planning in the areas of wind energy, district and heat supply or electrolysers is also possible.

The following tasks belong to your field of activity:

• Identification, review and acquisition of projects in all planning stages
• Preparation of investment decisions by means of profitability analyzes and examination of technical, ecological and legal framework conditions
• Coordination with relevant authorities, experts and cooperation partners
• Supervision of construction management and approval procedures as well as participation in financing
• Preparation of tenders and taking over construction supervision
• Negotiations with project providers, suppliers and service providers

• You have a degree (e.g. from the field of engineering) or a comparable qualification and have good business and legal knowledge.
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of photovoltaics, renewable energies and permit planning and have experience in project management as well as ideally in cooperation with municipalities and in accompanying citizen energy projects.
• Knowledge of licensing and planning law as well as the interest to work in other technologies in the field of renewable energies round off your professional profile.
• Personally, you bring negotiation skills, assertiveness, flexibility and commitment and can identify with the goals of our company.
