We are looking for the Erfurt location as soon as possible:

Project developer planning (m / f / d)

• Independent development of wind energy projects up to handover to the construction management
• Planning assessment of wind farm locations and development of an optimized wind farm layout
• Implementation of approval planning according to BImSchG
• Accompanying the development of development plans
• Development and monitoring of schedules and cost budgets
• Participation in the creation of private and public law contracts
• Close cooperation with local authorities and authorities
• Contact person for sales representatives

• Completed studies in the field of regional planning, urban planning, landscape planning, geography or in a related course of study
• Professional experience in urban, environmental or regional planning or in project development
• Knowledge of the BauGB, BImSchG, building regulations law and the principles of spatial planning
• Understanding of contractual and business relationships
• Willingness to travel
• Driving license class B
