Project Manager / Expert Project Management

Since 2002, the Erlangen issuing house has been successfully designing real estate funds for private and institutional investors. The ZBI Group is pursuing the goal of strengthening participation, longevity and commitment in the form of a new "community of values" for investments and living.

The ZBI Group currently employs over 800 people at 36 locations in Germany, Luxembourg and Vienna. The group of companies currently manages around 63,000 residential and commercial units. The transaction volume realized to date is around 11 billion euros.

We are looking for a dedicated project management expert for the ZBI Group. The following main topics await you in detail:

• Technical management of diverse projects with a focus on residential real estate fund management
• Responsibility for quality, budget and timely planning and implementation of projects in cooperation with IT project management
• Planning of projects in coordination with departments and IT, including tendering and resource/budget planning
• Professional support of the ZBI project portfolio including risk analysis and budget control
• Interface management to the project management and the departments of Union Investment (UIT - majority shareholder), the IT project management of the ZBI and, if necessary, external partners
• Establishment and further development of a technical project management for the ZBI Group
• Contacts for everything to do with project management for the departments

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, project management or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional and project experience
• Project Manager Certification (IPMA, Prince2, or PMP)
• Certification as ScrumMaster desirable
• Knowledge of residential property (fund) management processes and IT skills
• High structuring and problem-solving skills and a good understanding of processes
• High level of independence, initiative and commitment
• Ability to work in a team, binding, professional and friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
• High sense of responsibility as well as careful and responsible working methods
