In our new team for strategic projects (5 people) we are looking for you as an additional project manager (m/f/d). You will be responsible for the management, monitoring and coordination of projects within our business unit
Tasks:
- Defining project goals and creating project plans
- Constant monitoring of project progress (schedules, work packages & milestones, monitoring the budget)
- Preparing regular reports for management
- Managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate programs and techniques
- Ensuring that a project is scheduled on time
- Coordinating internal and external resources and employees (m/f/d)
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in process engineering, chemical engineering or a related scientific field
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position
- Knowledge of project management / project leadership
- Confident use of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking skills
- Structured and customer-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel on business at home and abroad
