This position serves to support our already well-established occupational psychology department and expands our team. We are looking for permanent part-time support with up to 75% of a full-time position as soon as possible. This position is also suitable for career starters after graduation.

• Company integration management (BEM):
  • Participation in the internal integration team
  • Full support of BEM procedures
  • Psychosocial counseling
• Company health management (BGM):
  • Control of company health management, determination of fields of action and development of strategic measures
  • Preparation and evaluation of reports and statistics as well as evaluation of measures
  • Collaboration with cooperation partners in the field of prevention and health promotion
  • Conception and moderation of workshops and seminars for employees and managers
  • Management Consulting
• Risk assessment of mental stress:
  • Support for the risk assessment of mental stress for the entire company
  • Supporting mental health projects

• Completed studies in the field of psychology (master's or diploma) with a focus on health or work psychology or a comparable degree
• Additional further training in the field of BGM and BEM is desirable
• Ability to cooperate and work in a team and enjoy working responsibly and independently
• Resilience and flexibility in terms of time
• Very good moderation, communication and consulting skills as well as a strong hands-on mentality
• Competence in crisis intervention
