To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone for our modern production site in Schopfheim, either immediately or by appointment

QA manager (m/f/d) for supplier qualification, 60% to 100%

• Ensuring the risk-based qualification of our suppliers and service providers in the GMP environment in accordance with regulatory and internal quality requirements
• Maintenance and further development of the supplier and service provider qualification system
• Maintenance and updating of supplier data for active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients and packaging materials
• Planning, coordination and follow-up of GMP audits at national and international suppliers and contractors
• Checking the quality agreements with the suppliers and service providers
• Internal contact person (f/m/d) for GMP-specific aspects of material and supplier management
• You develop SOPs and documentation standards in your work area

• You have a degree as a pharmacist or natural scientist (f/m/d)
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the qualification of manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceutical starting materials
• You are experienced in dealing with regulations and official requirements for active pharmaceutical ingredients and medicinal products as well as in the implementation of quality regulations
• You are characterized by an exact and reliable way of working with efficient and independent work organization
• You are a communicative and at the same time trustworthy personality with a healthy assertiveness
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
