The Lippe Regional Association - a public corporation - is looking for a
Scientific Project Manager (m/f/d)
The focus of the job is project management for a planned special exhibition (partial exhibition of the paleontological state exhibition of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia) in the Lippe State Museum.
Tasks:
- Conception and realization of the special exhibition
- Collaboration in the acquisition of third-party funding
- Conception and implementation of a supporting program for the special exhibition
- Supervision of the exhibition catalog
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in paleontology and/or comparable qualifications (master's, master's or doctorate)
- In-depth knowledge of the Cenozoic
- Knowledge of formulating funding applications
- Good computer skills
- Independent work and organizational skills
- Experience in dealing with objects and scientific texts
- Practical experience in museum work (object research, conception, presentation), knowledge of the conception and planning of exhibition projects is desirable
- High degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility, resilience and sense of responsibility
- Confident command of at least one modern foreign language (preferably English), both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a team, creativity and a confident demeanor
- Class B driving license
