Für unseren in Norddeutschland ansässigen Kunden, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt exklusiv einen Senior Asset-/Fondsmanager (m/w/d) in der Immobilienbranche.
Bei unserem Mandanten handelt es sich um eine etablierte und wachsende Service-KVG. Diese betreut ein breites Spektrum an Immobilienfonds, sowohl national als auch international und bietet eine spannende Tätigkeit mit Verantwortung und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.
Tasks:

- Comprehensive management for broad-based real estate funds
- Consultant and sparring partner for external partners (asset managers, capital management companies, etc.)
- Conducting negotiations to ensure the regulations and quality standards as well as the fund performance
- Transaction management (coordination of acquisitions and sales, monitoring of ongoing portfolio management tasks under investment law and real estate aspects)
- Process control (from the initiation of the fund to fund exit) and data management
- Creation and preparation of presentations and sales documents
- Preparatory activities for investment committee meetings and participation in client meetings / events
- Professional leadership and further development of a young talent
Requirements:
- Completed business, real estate and / or legal studies
- Several years of professional experience in asset / fund or transaction management
- Good knowledge of the KAGB and basic knowledge of the real estate markets
- Knowledge of legal and tax issues in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Pronounced analytical and process-oriented skills as well as independent working method
- Good English and MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
