Are you enthusiastic about product development and would you like to help shape future viability in the automotive industry and other sectors? Our Mobility department offers a dynamic and international work environment and is looking for consultants (m/f/d) for the following tasks:

• Development of product strategies with a focus on automotive transformation
• Development, evaluation and implementation of strategies to reduce complexity from variant management to modular construction kits
• Design and implementation of measures for cost-efficient product development
• Support in acquiring consulting projects
• Implementation of innovative concepts for variant and complexity management
• Support for the further development of consulting methods

For all tasks, you will work out creative solutions to problems and develop tailor-made measures as a basis for sustainable improvements. You will pass on the project experience you have gained to colleagues as part of our internal knowledge management process.

• Graduate degree in (industrial) engineering, ideally supplemented by an MBA or doctorate
• Several years of professional experience in consulting companies or manufacturing industry
• Profound knowledge in the areas of product strategy, complexity management, variant management, modular construction kits or product cost optimization
• High conceptual thinking ability and structured way of working
• Pronounced willingness to travel (travelling at home and abroad) and very good knowledge of English, further language skills are advantageous

• Induction - three-week training phase (warm-up) and mentoring program in the first six months
• Development - regular perspective feedback sessions and two training weeks per year
• Atmosphere - team events such as skiing, canyoning, Porsche driving experiences or the Porsche Consulting weekend as an annual highlight
