(Senior) Investor Relations Manager

• Collaboration and further development of quarterly and annual reporting, preparation of and participation in conference calls for reporting
• Contact person for investors and interested parties, participation in capital market conferences, establishment of trusting investor relationships
• Revision, maintenance and further development of the investor relations website
• Preparation of analyzes on the capital market, the competition and Douglas for the management and the Investor Relations and M&A team
• Support in the further development of the communication of the business model
• Direct proximity to top management: Report line to the Head of Investor Relations, representation for the Head of Investor Relations in the event of absence
• Counterpart of the Head of Investor Relations for new ideas, developments and observations
• Networking in the Douglas Group, involvement in the M&A team

• Completed degree with a business or economic focus
• Several years of experience in the areas of investor relations or equity research (+5 years of professional experience)
• Experience in M&A would be an advantage
• Very good analytics & amp; Affinity with numbers, high process discipline and the ability to quickly identify factual relationships
• Extensive knowledge of the capital market, IFRS accounting and financial analysis
• Confident handling of common MS Office programs, especially Excel & amp; PowerPoint
• Independent working method and forward-looking action
• Great communication skills, paired with a cool head in stressful situations
• German & amp; Fluent English
