As part of our hotel & amp; Hospitality teams in Munich in the real estate sector support national and international customers in all phases of their hotel investments. You bring your extensive industry know-how paired with your property-specific knowledge to interdisciplinary teams and find competent, customer-oriented solutions. Always one step ahead of the market and familiar with the latest methods and technologies, you will take on a variety of tasks and responsibility early on in projects with a holistic approach:

• Strategic advice in the hotel and tourism sector and implementation of market and location analyzes as well as feasibility studies for hotel projects
• Advice on purchase and sale processes, implementation of economic due diligence for hotels and hotel portfolios as well as property valuations according to national and international standards
• Advice on operator selection and the associated economic contract negotiations
• Management of projects, coordination of several consulting assignments as well as motivating your team members and promoting their professional and personal development
• Preparing and presenting offers to customers as well as developing your own go-to-market approach

• At least five years of professional and management experience in the hotel industry, ideally in a consulting environment
• Above-average university degree in hotel management or business administration
• Sales skills in combination with excellent market know-how about hotel and hotel investment markets and their market participants
• Team-capable leader with clear objectives and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
