(Senior) Social Media Manager

To strengthen our marketing team at the FRANKFURT location, we are looking for YOU as soon as possible

• Expansion of the Micro Living brand presence for our business traveler concept (JOYN Services Apartments) on social media platforms and support for these appearances
• Further development of social media strategies for tenant acquisition and retention for the core target group business travelers
• Management of the social media community, including communication with followers, answering inquiries and monitoring customer reviews
• Set up, control and optimization of paid media & search campaigns including retargeting (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to generate leads and increase awareness
• Creation of target group-relevant content considering the target group tonality
• Planning and controlling the social media budget
• Development of social media guidelines and implementation of international training and advice for property managers in the countries
• Analysis of digital marketing performance to ensure optimal ROI and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of digital activities
• Experience in creating videos & moving picture stories
• Experience in dealing with influencers

• Several years of professional experience in an agency or on the company side in the area of social media, online and content marketing
• Many years of experience in B2C marketing
• Teamwork, communicative, cross-border collaboration with colleagues
• Very good German and excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Other languages (Spanish, Italian or Polish) an advantage
