• Psychosocial, resource and solution-oriented support for the participants
• Moderation of the individual development process of professional integration
• Carrying out training courses in the areas of personality development and application management
• Crisis Intervention
• Networking with the regional players in vocational rehabilitation and psychosocial offers
• Reporting and documentation
• Further development of our offers

• Completed studies in social pedagogy/psychology. You have two years of professional experience working with people with mental disabilities.
• Your consulting skills are characterized by empathy and a resource- and solution-oriented attitude.
• Your way of working is characterized by a high level of communication skills, independence, flexibility and organizational skills.
• The participation of all actors involved in the integration process is a matter of course for you.
