Social educators (m/f/d) / psychologists (m/f/d)
for the complex control of the professional integration process of rehabilitants on the labor market
Tasks:
- Psychosocial, resource and solution-oriented support for the participants
- Moderation of the individual development process of professional integration
- Carrying out training courses in the areas of personality development and application management
- Crisis Intervention
- Networking with the regional players in vocational rehabilitation and psychosocial offers
- Reporting and documentation
- Further development of our offers
Requirements:
- Completed studies in social pedagogy/psychology. You have two years of professional experience working with people with mental disabilities.
- Your consulting skills are characterized by empathy and a resource- and solution-oriented attitude.
- Your way of working is characterized by a high level of communication skills, independence, flexibility and organizational skills.
- The participation of all actors involved in the integration process is a matter of course for you.
