The EJF's Employment and Support Department on Darßer Straße offers 42 places for people with complex disabilities. The center on Erich-Kurz-Straße provides 20 places for individuals with acquired brain injuries. The aim of these services is to support users in achieving the most independent and meaningful participation in society, including the opportunity to engage in purposeful activities.

Our daily work is guided by the individual needs, wishes, and goals of people requiring support. We are strongly committed to implementing the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).

We are currently looking to fill this position as soon as possible, either part-time or full-time (35–38.5 hours/week), on a permanent contract.

• Professional guidance and support for staff in both employment and support units

• Salary according to AVR DWBO (pay group EG 8 plus allowances)
