Tasks:
- You are responsible for ensuring a stable and cost-effective supply situation and high customer satisfaction of our insured, including legal, mental, social and socio-medical aspects, with tools and methods of social work
-Actively you work with other organizational units on issues related to rehabilitation, cures, prevention, health promotion, long-term care insurance and sickness benefit management
You carry out psychosocial, socio-pedagogical and social legal counseling of our clients in special life situations
-You ensure a targeted mediation of assistance and support opportunities
-Medical, professional and social rehabilitation measures

Requirements:
-You have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work in Health Care or Diploma Social Pedagogue / Supplementary social pedagogue -In addition you bring with you first work experience in the social service
