Your assignment with a weekly working time of 40 hours will take place in the department of security, order and traffic in Werder (Havel) . The specialist service currently has 3 employees. The position is for an unlimited period and is assessed with salary group 11 TVöD (VKA).

• Head of the specialist service (specialist, personnel and budget responsibility)
• Operational planning and accounting of state funds
• Implementation of public transport controlling
• Assuming the public transport authority in the district towards the municipalities, participating companies and supervisory authorities
• Participation in the ministerial working groups, the VBB and the local transport advisory board
• Traffic management / project work

• a successful completion of a bachelor's degree in the field of transport or business administration or as an administrative specialist
• Knowledge of passenger and local transport laws as well as budget and grant law
Experience in personnel management and development is
