Job in Germany: Sporting Director (m / w / d)

Tasks:

• Innovative design and further development of the sports offer in training and course operation.
• Leadership and development of the course and coaching team as well as other full-time and voluntary employees.
• Design and implementation of sporting and social events around the gym.
• Developing and implementing ideas for winning, consulting and retaining members of the team.
• Team-oriented cooperation with club management, managing directors and area managers.

Requirements:

• You have a degree in sports science, sports economics, sports management or a business degree with a high degree of sports affinity or a comparable degree.
• You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility.
• With your service-oriented, structured and positive manner, you enrich our teamwork and club spirit.
• You have good communication and team skills and you are a club person.
• In addition, you are flexible in your time and willing to work in the evening and have the ability to inspire people of all ages for fitness and health sports.
