The state-approved special needs school Gutshof Hudemühlen gGmbH with a focus on intellectual development offers up to 57 students an individual and person-centered learning atmosphere. In the mixed-year classes with a group size of 6-7 children and adolescents, one teacher and one pedagogical employee are responsible as a team for the design of the lessons.

for state-recognized boarding school (Förderschule GE) in private sponsorship
Tasks:
- Teacher for a class of approx. 6-7 pupils with intellectual disabilities
- Lesson design to gain cultural, everyday and social skills
- Individual, needs-based support planning for each student
- Instruction and guidance of a pedagogical employee
- Implementation / participation in cross-class projects with colleagues and boarding school staff
Requirements:
- Experience in school work for people with disabilities,
- Willingness to take on responsibility, a high degree of independence, structure and good time management,
- clear, analytical and at the same time solution and resource-oriented way of seeing and thinking,
- good communication and expression skills,
